Getting SUGOI closer to people.

This project aims to further extend the branding of SUGOI with merchandising designed for smartphones, which ultimately is the platform where the app will live.

The products make up a collection of phone cases featuring the branding of SUGOI, allowing fans to connect deeper and more personally with the brand.

Physical and digital come together.

The short film, while crafted completely in 3D, aims to feel inspiring and natural, working in harmony with manga’s aesthetic to represent physical objects and creating an appealing image for the fans of the media.

Modeling, texturing and rendering are setted up in order to make the case’s design and finishes stand out, as well as keeping the bond with the branding of SUGOI.

At the same time, we want the cases and the ítems that play along with them to take full protagonism. For this reason, we took a minimalistic approach to build the enviroment and lighting, without compromising quality and while staying in line with branding guidelines of SUGOI.

Aiming to give fans the most visual pleasing experience, we have payed special attention to details referencing manga series. This way we can create a strong bond between our brand, the fans, and manga itself.
